Tibaldi Ins and Fin Svcs Inc is hiring a full-time Account Manager in Bath, PA (Lehigh Valley). In this role, you’ll support our customers’ success every day—while helping grow our agency through meaningful client connections and proactive insurance recommendations. This is a relationship-focused position where you truly make an impact in the community you live and work in.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend improvements as coverage needs change
- Oversee resolution of complex customer issues, acting as the point person to get matters handled
- Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both cold and warm leads
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal agency departments, ensuring customers get the right support
Qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Willingness and confidence to engage in sales conversations
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
