ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative for the Tony Tibaldi State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Our agency has been proudly servicing Bath, PA and the surrounding areas for over 7 years, and we are currently experiencing exciting growth. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated to make sales calls and thrive in a fast-paced, fun-loving office environment. Our team is deeply committed to fostering a positive team culture and team-building activities. The ideal candidate is able to produce a high volume of sales each month while maintaining quality customer interactions. You will benefit from marketing leads provided by our dedicated Agent team, allowing you to focus on converting prospects. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Make proactive sales calls to generate and close business.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in and contribute to a positive team culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Comfortable with high-volume sales activity.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
